Most of the men's apparel ironing is not up to standard of other cleaners
Funny you should ask. Today was the 5th time in a row I left shirts out for pickup and they were not taken. I spoke with someone named Gabby last week who is the new Larry, gave her my address and phone number; nothing. I've emailed the night before each time I left them out. Nothing. I called her last night and left a message. Nothing. Do you still pick up? If not stop sending me reminder emails and I'll just find someone else.
The cleaning is great. I go to the pleasant valley location. You seem to have lost the old manager. The new lady is not very customer focused. Nothing by name only what is your phone number. No hello how are you doing. I sure hope you can fix this situation.
The last job was messed up and was given to the wrong person
I’m new to the area and thought I’d try you guys out. I was stunned to find out you charge $7 to clean a pair of pants. My bad as I didn’t ask when I dropped off the clothes. I will not be returning as thankfully there seems to be plenty of options in Raleigh.
They had to dry clean my blouse twice. Then I went to wear it a month later and they had torn the sleeve. Then I had to take it back for the third time and the seamstress sewed it.
couldn't get clothes delivered on time. communication not good. was told I would get my clothes brought to me but they kept forgetting them. now I have to go pick up my clothes after 3 weeks.
Your dry cleaning prices are much too high. I was told that I got a SAS discount of 10% on every order. This is not true. I've checked around and there are other local cleaners with prices 15-20% lower and the quality is equal or better.
i just signed up for the service, and have not placed any orders yet. i got wrong messages about last week as you weren’t delivering, then corrections apologising for the mistake, he did bring me a bag and door hook. Now this email says you will be coming tomorrow to pick up. I can’t handle this!Sorry. you haven’t gotten anything right yet and as a result I am hesitant to trust you pick up my clothes. If I get another email from you right now I will definitely go elsewhere.
