I thank you for your patience. When I brought my clothes there I told the very nice lady at the front desk it may take me a little while to get them out because I'm looking for work. As I get money I will get them out. Sorry to be a problem.
I enjoy the customer service, but without a coupon the services cost almost twice as much. I just can't justify the increased expense

My coverlet was promised at 5:30, 5/10 which is when I arrived. I was told by the girl in front (young, blonde hair, moderately overweight) that it was not ready. She seemed to be done with the transaction. I explained that I was unavailable to pick it up later and asked her to look for it. She came back and said she couldn't find it and it was not in the system for today. I was charged for services not asked for. The service I did request was not done. I asked for my dress to be pressed and it came back to me a wrinkled mess and not even covered in plastic. I was unable to wear my dress to my function. So disappointed!!
The quality isn't worth the price.
I already picked up these items a week ago. These reminders are annoying and you don't even know what's up.
Although the service was amazing and they did a great job cleaning my clothes, the cost was a lot more than I thought it would be and unfortunately that will make it difficult to return in the future.
