I had a pair of pants hemmed and asked for them to be 2-in. shorter but they are more like 2-cm. shorter.
When I asked Brothers Cleaners to clean my coat, I was told that it would cost approximately $40.00; then I asked if the tailor could repair a spot on the back slit. I was told that would be $10.00. I could not imagine that the bill was $66.32. When I picked up the coat today, I commented about the excessive cost. After some time, the lady at the front said that she would deduct $10.00. Clothes where not completely cleaned, returned with spots. Clothes where not pressed well!
Rude staff in the past and losing my clothes multiple times. When I complained, I was not taken seriously. Luckily the person that works in the store where I drop off now is super nice but she will probably quit. Everyone does.
1. I paid for a jacket to be cleaned only to be told that they couldn't clean it...then what did I pay for? 2. My jacket was ruined and I was told that it could be redone, but I would need to pay first. Are you serious! So, I should pay you for ruining my jacket? There was a white film all over my royal blue jacket. It almost looked as if it was placed in a washing machine. I'm so disappointed that I'll lose a favorite clothing item and upset that I'll have to pay for having it ruined.
You are often losing my items. And they are often very expensive as I am a real fashionistas. The last itme you lost was the built in slip to a $500 crocheted dress. you can't wear the dress with out the built slip as you'd see through it. You've lost a gorgeous black Tibi blouse, a duster, a coat, a dress. An I travel so often and aren't at home that I don't often know something is missing until weeks or sometimes month go by. Creases in my pants despite numerous requests for no creases.
Cleaning was ok but very very expensive in my opinion for simple cartigan sweaters.
I have called several times for a pick-up and no pick-up!
