The repair and service was timely and priced fairly. The 5 emails I received over the past week was over the top and unwelcome. Because I was notified of my coat being ready via email. I'll have to switch cleaners because I am going to report brothers cleaners as spam on my email account.
Manager in duty was really unprofessional. My Burberry shirt was massed up.
Dropped off a wedding 👰 gown to be cleaned due to the excellent experience I had having a previous gown cleaned... as this is quite expensive I was hoping to use a competitors coupons when I picked it up but was told that that would not be honored. I brought a golf rain jacket in to be cleaned and waterproofed per the instructions on the garment. I asked the lady at the counter if Brothers could do the waterproofing, and she said that she didn't know, but she would take my jacket, and would have someone call me to talk about it. Stop losing my clothes
I just moved to Raleigh and dropped off my dress shirts with out asking the cost to have them cleaned and pressed. I was shocked at the price when I picked them up, which was over $20 for 6 shirts. I am moving to Raleigh from the DC area, a much higher cost of living. I just want a simple wash and press - I’m certain I can find a provider at half the cost. If not, looks like a good business opportunity to bring reasonably priced dress shirt cleanings to Raleigh, NC.
Advertise cleaning pricing. I was blown away when I saw the charges per item. $7.00 for pair of slacks? Insane.
The lipstick on my suit did not come off.
