I have been a customer for 24 years. Recently had two drapery panels and two valances cleaned and I was shocked that the charges were almost $80 ! I could have replaced these curtains for slightly more! Charges were outrageous !
My idems were donated, without anyone contacting me. I had 7 jackets all of my winter jackets. No where on the receipt or paperwork states they will donate you stuff after 90 days.
Dropped clothes off on Monday. Was leaving town for a wedding on Thursday. Didn't finish everything until Friday. Too slow and pricey as well. Probably won't return
On two occasions articles of clothing have been misplaced and communication around what/when/why/how have been very confusing. In the first case, I was told up front that the misplaced a piece and were looking for it. Love the pick up service. The main reason I choose your service. A lot of times I find my clothes that are stained still returned stained and in the same condition. Yet I pay full price for them. Only in one circumstance have y’all stated a reason that the item wasn’t resolved. Even if y’all can’t get the stain out, vocalize it and tell me why.
