I had a $5.00 off coupon. After several visits (at least 4), I was unable to use the coupon but no one in the store knew how to process it within the system. (a different employee each time) Ironically, the coupon was given to me at the same store. What is the purpose of giving out a coupon if the customer is unable to use it due to the staff's lack of training? I've been going to Medlin-Davis ever since and have been happy with their service.

Lost $120 white dress shirt not resolved satisfactorily. Put off too many times and not handled professionally.
I brought in my wedding dress to be cleaned & preserved. I came in the same day I was sent the e-mailed to come in & view my dress. Over a month went by & I had not received an email to pick up my dress. I called & left a message. The next day, someone returned my call. The clerk said I had not come in to view my dress. The price is excessive. I moved from the Leesville area to North Hills. Shirts cost me A) 3 times as much as I paid in Leesville and MORE then I paid when I lived in Manhattan! I will be looking for another cleaner, with better pricing along my route to work vs paying exorbitant fee's just because this is Mid town. I actually feel like I was ripped off

too Pricey and they misplaced one of my items for 3-4 days, said they would credit me the money and then never did...
The staff was very friendly but my white dress shirt (for my wedding suit) came out yellow around the collar, cuffs, and button crease.
I was shocked when I received my bill $64 for a suit, 2 dresses and pressing of 2 dresses. You are way too expensive for dry cleaning so I will not be using you again.
