Dry cleaning was as expected. However the bill for 7 shirts and 4 pants were triple the cost for similar dry cleaning services I’ve had. I asked the employee if she rang up the wrong order......after rechecking the price to my astonishment she verified it was the correct price! I’ll go back to my regular dry cleaner!

Please discount entire order when advertising a discount. The staff shouldn’t be required to apologize for your rigid billing system that can’t do overrides or in this case, the up charge for a “king-size” item that was excluded from the discount. The customer service representative was very understanding, warm and genuine, , explained how the discount worked, apologized beautifully and advised she would bring the matter up to her manager. Generally have a great experience at this dry cleaner. Staff is always polite and friendly. I brought in kitchen curtains and had a 30% off coupon. Did not get a total when dropping off the curtains. Imagine my shock when I got an email telling me my curtains were ready and I owed $119.00. That was after my discount. I was cleaning them to donate, but now I will have to keep them and forgo getting new curtains. Would not have cleaned them had I known the price.

I think the new system of texting the day before as to whether you need a pickup is great. Now someone just has to read my reply. No show today. Had bag out at 7:10 am. Still hanging on porch.

I'm frustrated with your pricing. Every time I bring in a jacket: "It costs more because it is white; or it costs more because it's linen." It seems like a moving target to you. The clerk gave me the price list, but there is nothing on it that indicates these differences.

I brought my bag in on Friday afternoon and asked if it would be ready by 4:00 the next day. The surprise came when I received a text at about 1:30 or so saying my dry cleaning was ready early. I was able to coordinate that stop with another errand and it smoothed out my afternoon. 😊

Yes, we have stopped using your services after 5 + years. Your prices are too high and not competitive. When you charged $50 to dry clean a dress and press a "jumpsuit" it was just too much. Your tailor is excellent. A $15 coupon isn't going to do it.
