I’m glad I went to the Berlin location after the Old Lyme didn’t send my things out. I understand the current situation, but I’m a first responder, working 12-15 hour days and would have appreciated just being notified that I wouldn’t receive my things for week. I will not be using the Old Lyme location ever again, and will look for another dry cleaner in the future.
My shirts were terribly ironed, each with numerous wrinkles all over the shirt, especially on the front. I used my pror cleaners for over 20 years and never had such a poor job done.

Cleaned my jacket of some very stubborn stains and had it done in one day.
$28.93 for 8 dinner napkins!!! $3.40 each Are you serious!!!! You have have given me a quote before you did this job. Also they are folded very sloppy + not nice a neat. Very, very displeased with this cleaning. You did a fabulous job on my wool winter coat. You won’t be seeing me again. Hope your happy with the $28.93. I was told a coupon for 15% off could be used, however when I arrived to pick up my items, I was informed it had expired, even though there was no date listed anywhere on it. I have been going to Best for almost 20 years and would think a manager would honor it under the circumstances - but the explanation given to me was that it had expired in the system and there was nothing that could be done. Dry cleaning and subsequent pressing men’s dress pants has not been good. Multiple press lines both front and back.
