I went in to pick up my cleaning and Janet was really not patient with processing my order. I presented her with a coupon and she had a hard time processing my order. I told her to process my comforter first as I had two orders to pick up. I wish Lori was there because she is great to work with. Janet also stated that she was done with her shift and she had to leave. I was there at 1:45PM and I left at 2:02PM
I placed coupons in my last order. I was supposed to receive 20 percent off and it was never taken off, even after I called about it.
I’m glad I went to the Berlin location after the Old Lyme didn’t send my things out. I understand the current situation, but I’m a first responder, working 12-15 hour days and would have appreciated just being notified that I wouldn’t receive my things for week. I will not be using the Old Lyme location ever again, and will look for another dry cleaner in the future.
My shirts were terribly ironed, each with numerous wrinkles all over the shirt, especially on the front. I used my pror cleaners for over 20 years and never had such a poor job done.

19 shirts were placed in one green bag. Two green bags were provided. Shirts ended up wrinkled

Cleaned my jacket of some very stubborn stains and had it done in one day.
$28.93 for 8 dinner napkins!!! $3.40 each Are you serious!!!! You have have given me a quote before you did this job. Also they are folded very sloppy + not nice a neat. Very, very displeased with this cleaning. You did a fabulous job on my wool winter coat. You won’t be seeing me again. Hope your happy with the $28.93.
