I just dropped off my bag. It was 10:03 and I was told it would have to be tomorrow by 4. I guess the 3 minutes make a big different but this will be my last visit. You lost a very loyal customer.

I noticed when I picked up my shirts, often times a button would be missing. I'm not implying that they came off in the cleaning process, but the buttons weren't getting replaced. So one day I asked whether shirts were examined for missing buttons and whether they get replaced. The reply was a short: "If you ask us to." I have had two instances that I was either charged wrong or the person in care of cleaning my laundry did not do well or remove stains on a my deacon garment. The last time all laundered items were wrinkled and my garb had a snag in the fabric and I did Not give it to them that way. I have been two times in contact but will not return I found someone take care of my deacon garb and it’s white and pressed well and when return stains from communion don’t exist and I don’t have to complain. This is why I am parting ways

Everything I asked you to clean wasn't. I had to leave the Jacket for you to try again . If you couldn't clean the items your counter person should've said that up frount. I have no problem paying for top quality but this was very spotty work.

Two off the shorts were not even pressed.. Very disappointing. I picked up my clothes on Tuesday afternoon.
