Very disappointed no longer open on sundays - that was always a convenience.
WAY too expensive. Charged me for pleats in curtain valences even though 1) there were no pleats and 2) told me they didn’t have a machine to do pleats! Then 1 of the sheers had two tears!

This is the second time I brought my lab coats in to be pressed. The first time they looked like they had been crumpled in a ball. While this time they looked better they still were wrinkled and the collar curled up. I could have done better with an iron at home, I know this because that’s what I had to do the last time to fix the problem.

I asked to have creases in my sleeves but when I picked up my shirts they did not have them. I remember when I dropped off the shirts the lady wrote it on the receipt and she said that she will tell the staff but that didn’t happen. She said that she will make sure she enters it in the computer for my next visit.

We use your delivery service and my husbands shirts have been having spots on them. I brought my husbands pants in to be altered. I got an email that they were ready. Drove there and got them and when i checked on them, they were never altered. Now I have to make another drive to get them.
