I know our driver comes Tuesday and Friday. I had bag out today but no pickup. Don’t send me anymore emails about him coming and then not pick up. I have not been using best cleaners much lately for many reasons. Mostly to be able to batch clothes and leave them in there to decrease any exposure to your workers. Just let me know when my shirts will be picked up. The owner of the business lives across the street from me!
I tried to print the email with the coupon and the bar code with the coupon did not print. Going to my normal dry cleaner.

Find a discrimination when there’s only a offer for men shirts and the offer is it for women shirts. If you’re going to have a machine for one you should have a machine for the other

Hello, I noticed while dropping off this week that my laundry bag which had been relatively new had been switched. I was dropping off a much older bag with my shirts to be laundered. I find this to be odd and probably unsanitary during this pandemic. My name-tag was on this older bag but it certainly had been switched. This is not ok with me.
I have requested several times that I be deleted from your email list. Please do so now. I have moved out of CT. Thank you, jools54@comcast.net

I went in to pick up my cleaning and Janet was really not patient with processing my order. I presented her with a coupon and she had a hard time processing my order. I told her to process my comforter first as I had two orders to pick up. I wish Lori was there because she is great to work with. Janet also stated that she was done with her shift and she had to leave. I was there at 1:45PM and I left at 2:02PM
I placed coupons in my last order. I was supposed to receive 20 percent off and it was never taken off, even after I called about it.
