Hello Kelly, Thank you for your review. I looked into the issue and see that the coupons clicked did not apply to the order. There was a 30% off households and a 30% off 5 or more shirts and you had two pants, a sweater and two polos. I apologize for the confusion, I have put a credit onto your store account in the amount of $12.75 which would have been the 30% off. You can use the credit on a future visit.
The coupon sent via email was not applied. I mentioned there should be a discount when I dropped off the clothes. It wasn’t applied to the order and I needed to show the customer rep the email to have it applied. Please fix your system

I was supposed to get a 25% discount on my dry cleaning, but associate only applied a 15% discount, when I asked her about it she said it’s only 15% even tho my email code said 25% discount... charged me about $13 more than I should’ve paid. Would like to get that refunded to my card. Thank you.
