They shrunk my down coat. Second coat that was ruined. Will not be going back! I should give them no stars.

$11.70 is way too expensive to clean a sweater. There are many cleaners locally that I will frequent in the future. I will not be going to Best. Cleans in the future. Competitors are plentiful!

I dropped off a rug for dry cleaning and was promised a one week delivery. After going there four different times, I was told the rug had not been cleaned and they could not locate it. Finally, after three weeks the rug finally showed up

Even with a difficult cleaning job they saw to it that we as a customer was satisfied with the end result. Here the customer truly must come first and be satisfied!

I brought my coupon in at the time of drop off and handed it to the manager. She said she would take care of it. I returned when notified to pick up dry cleaning and was told that because I already clicked on a 15 % discount on an email I would not be able to use the 30% coupon I brought in.. I said ok that makes sense, can I have my 30 % coupon back to use for my next visit. The clerk told me no, someone threw it in the trash! Sorry! I went there for the first time, and before I left my coat I asked for the price after I was told the amount I decided to leave it , I went to pick up it’s was an diff higher balance and when I asked the girl that helped me explained that her boss said it was a higher price , but no one called me to inform me about the price change they just assumed I would still want it , I didn’t like that , I think that if there’s a price change customers should be informed previously not decide for them .. what really helped is that the ... read more

Did an amazing job cleaning one coat and an okay job fixing another, but employees did not wear masks both times I went in. This puts the public at risk. As someone who has high-risk family, I will not be returning.
