I asked to have creases in my sleeves but when I picked up my shirts they did not have them. I remember when I dropped off the shirts the lady wrote it on the receipt and she said that she will tell the staff but that didn’t happen. She said that she will make sure she enters it in the computer for my next visit.

We use your delivery service and my husbands shirts have been having spots on them. I brought my husbands pants in to be altered. I got an email that they were ready. Drove there and got them and when i checked on them, they were never altered. Now I have to make another drive to get them.

When I came into Best Cleaners to retrieve some tablecloths which I had left to be pressed, I was horrified to discover the cost was $196+...horrified! My fault for not asking he price when I brought them in. However, I NEVER would have expected such pricing! I will NOT return to Best Cleaners again...your prices are outrageous. Dear Best Cleaners - I already posted one message regarding my first cleaning order with Best- and because I have now discovered that Best Cleaners GLUED labels to the clothes that I had cleaned -without telling me or asking my permission - I am posting another.
