For some reason my last order that I received was pressed with wrinkles in the shirts. I have had to repress all the dress shirts.

Brought in a white comforter for laundering. When I picked it up it was much dirtier than when I dropped it off. I smelled it and it did not even smell clean. It was obvious that the blanket was not cleaned and was probably placed on the floor where it became very dirty. Staff offered to clean it again but I opted not to. Very disappointed and will not return. This was my first and last experience with Best.

I’m sorry. I have been a longtime customer but I am going to need to stop coming to Best Cleaners. I have used your cleaners for many years. I originally started using Best Cleaners almost 10 years ago when I commuted weekly to Boston. The drop off window and drive-thru felt like a luxury. When I returned to New Haven full time during the pandemic I continued to use Best Cleaners in North Haven. Very disappointed bought them a brand new never worn sweat suit clear as day on the tag that says dry clean only my sweatsuit was ruined also when I picked it up it was wet the lady told me her exact words where we washed it in the washing machine still to this day I’m waiting on my refund it was a very expensive sweatsuit name brand is ice cream

I noticed when I picked up my shirts, often times a button would be missing. I'm not implying that they came off in the cleaning process, but the buttons weren't getting replaced. So one day I asked whether shirts were examined for missing buttons and whether they get replaced. The reply was a short: "If you ask us to." I have had two instances that I was either charged wrong or the person in care of cleaning my laundry did not do well or remove stains on a my deacon garment. The last time all laundered items were wrinkled and my garb had a snag in the fabric and I did Not give it to them that way. I have been two times in contact but will not return I found someone take care of my deacon garb and it’s white and pressed well and when return stains from communion don’t exist and I don’t have to complain. This is why I am parting ways
