False advertising…. Website clearly states that they they clean leather but to my surprise Saturday afternoon I come to drop off a leather jacket at the West Hartford location I’m told by the associate that it’s in fact not something they do, that needs to be shipped out and that it’s not guaranteed. That to me sounds like they don’t clean leather. Here’s the guarantee, I wont be back.

In turn, we like to reward them with a livable wage. As such, our prices have increased marginally, out of necessity. My new wool jumpsuit fabric was beaten up and I left a review with no response.

My husbands alpaca sweater is missing that I left there Tuesday & went to pick up on Thursday as I received text that it was ready Wednesday. Have stopped in few times and no luck. Would like manager to call me rather than someone from Glastonbury store. Thank you 8602057063
I picked up 6 sweaters about 6 weeks ago. I don’t believe I have any others there.
Clothes were returned with visible stains. Not even close to being returned cleaned. Very disappointed Will not return

I dropped off a Christmas table runner on November 28 and just got an Email on December 7th that it was ready. When it was dropped off no one could tell me how much it would cost. You charged me $26. That’s outrageous. Unfortunately I will not be using Best Cleaners anymore and will share my experience with as many sites and people as possible. I live in Simsbury and work in town. Poor customer service.

Cleaners lost six shirts and two pairs of tailored suit pants. Claim that I never dropped off a bag, but somehow this one shirt on my drop-off made it through the system.

I dropped off an irreplaceable heirloom wool shirt to be dry cleaned. The shirt had been satisfactorily cleaned previously. However, on this instance the shirt was laundered by Best Cleaners rather than dry cleaned. The wool shirt was shrunk and the shirt itself was damaged. Ruined beyond saving! Went directly to the store. No recourse. Need to see the manager on Monday! I am not happy but hoping this can be resolved satisfactorily. Will follow up with response from Best Cleaners.
