If zero stars was an option, that’s would be an accurate assessment of my first 2 visits to Best Cleaners. Worst Cleaners more like it…. So far in both of my visits, I was told that I never dropped off my shirts for service and they were missing. They were found an hour later after they reviewed the film to see me dropping them off. Today, I only received 1 of the 2 shirts I dropped off for cleaning. I am bringing my comforters to this supplement for a few years. I was surprised that there were burn marks on my comforter. I will have to reevaluate where I bring my items to Now.

I came into the store in Windsor to drop off laundry (2nd time and the first time was fantastic). This time, there was no detergent on site, so it would be available the following Tuesday (this was a Thursday mind you). Then I come to find out you raised your prices to 3.6/lb, negating the 20% 1st time customer coupon. Hard pass on it all, we’re breaking up and it’s def you, not me. I guess you really don't want my business any longer. Again today, I went to pick up my order and half my dress shirts were boxed the others on hangers. This is the 2nd time for my most recent orders that staff neglect to pay attention to the "boxed" label on my drop off bag. I use these shirts for business travel. The only half-assed apology I got today was "would you like to come back tomorrow for them to be boxed" No, I do not. False advertising…. Website clearly states that they they clean leather but to my surprise Saturday afternoon I come to drop off a leather jacket at the West Hartford location I’m told by the associate that it’s in fact not something they do, that needs to be shipped out and that it’s not guaranteed. That to me sounds like they don’t clean leather. Here’s the guarantee, I wont be back.
