This is the most ridiculous pricing I’ve ever seen for 2 lightweight blankets. You put them in a washer, a dryer, and fold them. $100. I’ll never use your services again.

I came in to get my dress pressed and the hem fixed. I was given an attitude when I asked when it would be ready, and then when I came to pick it up, it was taken up and hemmed. I then asked them to take it down and press it like I originally wanted and I was told I never said that to begin with. Additionally, when I first came to drop off another dress, I was given a awful attitude by the woman working at the front and she asked me what was on the dress with an insane attitude on 5/7/2024. I will never be coming here again.

Hello, I pointed out a loose button on my trench coat, they said I would have to use alterations and I said I would tighten it up myself when I picked it up. Unfortunately it is now missing altogether, can you please keep it. I take it you put found buttons somewhere. I am out of the country on business but will be back next week.

If zero stars was an option, that’s would be an accurate assessment of my first 2 visits to Best Cleaners. Worst Cleaners more like it…. So far in both of my visits, I was told that I never dropped off my shirts for service and they were missing. They were found an hour later after they reviewed the film to see me dropping them off. Today, I only received 1 of the 2 shirts I dropped off for cleaning. Yet again, they lost my shirt, now I have to wait until Monday, no option of even refund even after I went back to the sto... read more

I am bringing my comforters to this supplement for a few years. I was surprised that there were burn marks on my comforter. I will have to reevaluate where I bring my items to Now.

I came into the store in Windsor to drop off laundry (2nd time and the first time was fantastic). This time, there was no detergent on site, so it would be available the following Tuesday (this was a Thursday mind you). Then I come to find out you raised your prices to 3.6/lb, negating the 20% 1st time customer coupon. Hard pass on it all, we’re breaking up and it’s def you, not me. I guess you really don't want my business any longer. Again today, I went to pick up my order and half my dress shirts were boxed the others on hangers. This is the 2nd time for my most recent orders that staff neglect to pay attention to the "boxed" label on my drop off bag. I use these shirts for business travel. The only half-assed apology I got today was "would you like to come back tomorrow for them to be boxed" No, I do not.
