My experience has always been positive with Best Cleaners. The prices are a bit high but the service and timeliness is worth it!!

Staff in North Haven, CT… Hit or Miss! Sometimes EXTREMELY professional and sweet. Sometimes EXTREMELY unprofessional and rude! 🤦🏼♀️ The one thing I found EXTREMELY consistent is the ABSURDLY HIGH PRICING! Shame on YOU!! 🙅🏼♀️

Same Day Cleaning Services??? Just went there at 10:06am looking to have suit and shirt cleaned for tomorrow and was told anytime after 4pm tomorrow?? Cutoff time is 10am sharp for day and a half service. Won't be using them again

Not what it used to be. I dropped off my jacket to have cleaned for a funeral. When I picked it up, it looked the same as when I dropped it off. I showed the clerk. She apologized and said I could have a refund or have them reclean it. I asked to have it cleaned again. I went to pick it up the second time and it was still not clean I asked for a refund and was told I need to come in when the manager is there to get my refund. So many trips and too much trouble. The last four or five times that I picked up my cleaning my shirts where terribly wrinkled and did b not have heavy starch. I feel that I was a really decent customer never complaining but, my recent visits with you have been terrible. Roger Scibelli

you never pick up when you are supposed to, the garments are never totally cleaned on several occasions and have to be returned for recleaning, and after a year of disappointments, we changed dry cleaners. please unsubscribe us from your emails.
