Other than not accepting American currency as payment, all went well. How in the world can you change to a policy that makes paying in cash more difficult? In the US of A my American money should always be acceptable as payment for services rendered.
I was not given a price to dry clean my two piece suit when I dropped it off, nor was there a price on the ticket. I was shocked when the price was $23.80. This is over $5.00 more than a dry cleaner on Wolf Road that I usually go to. I will never go to any Best Cleaners again, and will tell everyone I know that you are way too expensive. Extremely disappointed!!!
Has been great until you ask me to fill out these surveys we have enough to do on our phones and emails and text messages you know the bottom line is we want clean clothes and greatly you do that well

I wanted to pay for the item that I had dry cleaned with cash, but if I did would not be able to get change in return, except in the form of a gift card, what's that about......also, the attendant could not locate the article that I was picking up, but luckily I could see it from where I was standing!
$31 I have a comforter cleaned it came back more wrinkled than when I brought it to you and it was brand new I think your prices are out of control
I am not happy that not only do you no longer take cash (most likely you can't trust your employees) but you also use my phone number like your personal way of contacting me. Please stop there are other dry cleaners in local area who would be all too happy to take my cash and only call if I had forgotten my order not to tell me to pick up twice in 3 days and not for flipping surveys. I asked you to call and tell me how much to fix the zipper on my coat before doing it. You didn't and it cost $77 to replace zipper and clean 3 things. I would have preferred a call first, as I asked.
I’ve had two rather expensive business shirts ruined when your staff has unbuttoned the collars. They’ve pulled the buttons off with some of the fabric. Even though repairs were made the repairs are highly visible and the shirts are not wearable.
