My laundry was missing for over a day with no one contacting me as I was told would happen. It wasn’t until 20 minutes before the store closed for the weekend, I needed these clothes Monday, were my items found. Then not even a discount or a coupon because of their mistakes. I will never return.

You staff ruined my white shirt so I can’t wear it anymore
Very expensive! Would not take a coupon because we presented when we went to pick up instead of at drop off. Why should it matter?

Other than not accepting American currency as payment, all went well. How in the world can you change to a policy that makes paying in cash more difficult? In the US of A my American money should always be acceptable as payment for services rendered.
I was not given a price to dry clean my two piece suit when I dropped it off, nor was there a price on the ticket. I was shocked when the price was $23.80. This is over $5.00 more than a dry cleaner on Wolf Road that I usually go to. I will never go to any Best Cleaners again, and will tell everyone I know that you are way too expensive. Extremely disappointed!!!
Has been great until you ask me to fill out these surveys we have enough to do on our phones and emails and text messages you know the bottom line is we want clean clothes and greatly you do that well

I wanted to pay for the item that I had dry cleaned with cash, but if I did would not be able to get change in return, except in the form of a gift card, what's that about......also, the attendant could not locate the article that I was picking up, but luckily I could see it from where I was standing!
$31 I have a comforter cleaned it came back more wrinkled than when I brought it to you and it was brand new I think your prices are out of control
