Walked into drop off my clothing and was struck by a strong odor of marijuana. Upon placing my items on the counter, I was greeted by the employee working that day, I came to the conclusion that the gentleman behind the counter was the source of the marijuana odor. He was polite and professional but obviously under the influence. I made another employee aware at the time of my pick up.
My experience was very good...the receptionist was very curtious and she helped me right away...I am waiting now to hear from you as to how much my item will cost
My problem was with delivery. I t was left on over the door hook. I had previously said it was to high for me to reach and I needed it left between front and storm doors. I had to come out to porch and with cane get it down. Then Ihad to get it into house. With a walker not so easy.. The laundry was left hanging from front storm door handle for pick up.
You did a great job getting stains out but SHRUNK the dress🤦🏻♀️🙁!!!
Employee at Loudonville location charged me more than she should have. Another employee took the time to explain the charges and corrected it. Unfortunately, I will not be returning for service. Prices are too high.
No driver in weeks last time he didn’t pick up two weeks ago on a Thursday I called Friday someone told me they be out they never came out I was told a manager would call a manager never called I spent hundreds of dollars a month and best cleaners your service is Awful and overpriced
Absolutely horrible. Beyond disappointed to get my white comforter back with some stains on it (don’t even know where they came from) the cotton on the inside has bunched yo in the corners and the blanket doesn’t even smell washed or cleaned. It was New a couple of months ago and never been washed or dry cleaned. 2 of the tags on the blanket are melts and are now hard balls hanging off be side. Not to mention it cost me $53!!!
I already wrote a review about being charged $12.05 for a jacket that was not dry cleaned or washed. I received a phone call from the place they send out the clothes to about the jacket being a material that doesn't get dry cleaned, so the person on the phone asked me if I just wanted it washed regular. I said no, she could just send it back because I can wash it myself at home.
