The front of my one jacket is wrinkled & I asked for my long sweater jacket to be hung on a hangar, by the shoulders, & it was folded over the hangar

We had 8 pieces and the total was $130- Absolutely way too expense !! Will never do business there anymore..

The price was double the quote. A small tear by the pocket cost twenty dollars When the quote was . Eight , max ten dollars. .

I was charged an additional $5 for the belt that was on an overcoat. Not a lot of money but I feel it’s wrong not to inform customers at drop off.

I brought in a leather shoe to be repaired. The seam in the heel had separated. It is sewn up but I had expected a more professional repair for $18. It was sloppy & uneven. It was not professional.

The power was out and an associate was attempting to step above and beyond for the customers who were there. The problem was, he was putting him self in a safety risk. The person who was in charge did not handle the situation in a professional manner. She needs to work on her people’s skills. The associate should be recognized for making an effort to help the customers.

The cost is much too expensive for the quality of work they do. They give you a ticket and say it will be there the next day by 2:00. I get there at 4:00 and they said I had to go back the next day. Also, you have to have EXACT change when picking up your clothes. That seems very odd to me in this day and age.

We have used Best cleaners on Delaware ave in Delmar for years. My husband travels weekly for work. We need to be able to rely on timely clothes return. I have had too many pickups without being given all of our clothes. Just yesterday my husband picked up his clothes. When he got home there were only shirts and suit coats , zero suit pants. He had to travel today so scrambled for clothes. This has happened multiple times. I called this am and validated that the suit pants were there just not given back.
