Unable to remove simple grease stain on suit pants. Not sure if anyone made the attempt to remove. I remember when PERC was being used. A bit of Pyratex would have removed it with no problem. All it takes is for someone to care.

One shit cost $11.80. The other shirt was $3.80. They gave me a line about having to do it by hand. I have brought it to the same location many times and never paid $11.80 to have a shirt cleaned.

I am a regular at Delmar. My last pickup was incorrectly labeled and it took forever to find my items. I actually had to point out my clothing on the racks otherwise they would have never found it because of how wrong it was labeled. I am still missing one item and have yet to hear on its whereabouts. My last time dropping off, my cleaned items were sent to the incorrect Albany store.

Very Very expensive!! And after paying So Much 2 of my dresses still had stains!! Very poor job Extremely disappointed!!

Came in to pick up my order. Gave my telephone number , clerk got my order.. she then tells me she forgot to give my drop off bag. Meanwhile the clerk st the other register is retrieving another order. It took awhile. Then my clerk had to find my bag . Took way too long! Not efficient!.

The garment that I asked to be cleaned still had discoloration around the neck. This was to be used for my wedding tomorrow. And now I still have to wear it.. And the price was very expensive. So I lost both ways. I will not be coming back to Best Cleaners.. For anything

Your price for a zipper is outrageous why I don’t know.
The last few Saturdays when I went to pick up my order there has been a note on the door that the person would be back in ...once it said 10 minutes and once it just ended with the word in. Since I had no way of knowing when the 10 minutes started or when the open ended time meant I was not going to stand around and wait so I had to leave and come back later. Very inconvenient.
