Stain out of sweater and cleaned up nicely
Pickup service was unreliable. Repeat missed pickups that caused two emails and two phone calls to arrange pickup to be restored. I’m ok with not having regular pickups but then provide an avenue to request pickup when required.
Please call me. I am so upset with Best Cleaners. I will not publicly post my complaints.
Sleeve was hemmed perfectly and stain totally gone from my white sweater.
I like fhe. Way that my shirts, are done especially with the Cardboard collar braces.
As I said in a previous review, I would never, never, never use your service again. $119 down the drain. Had to throw the rug out after two (supposedly) cleanings.
I have used your service for years and at different locations. I started in the location in delmar before it was remodeled and became just a pickup. I had no problems in dropped off before work picked up after work. You moved to the drop off ani have had nothing but problems. My last pickup was last week. I will not be back. You were late not following directions many times. I am done.
Rug cleaned and deodorized twice. Still smelled. Was told they can't get out odor. Was not told this when it was dropped off. Spent over $100 and threw the rug out. No sympathy from you or any credit offered. Will never never never use or recommend Best Clesners.
Walked into drop off my clothing and was struck by a strong odor of marijuana. Upon placing my items on the counter, I was greeted by the employee working that day, I came to the conclusion that the gentleman behind the counter was the source of the marijuana odor. He was polite and professional but obviously under the influence. I made another employee aware at the time of my pick up.
