Could have done a better job ironing the shirts myself - not worth the cost!
This was my first visit so I understand the time it takes to set up a new account. The problem is that I was not given a slip for pickup. When I dropped off the shirts on Monday, I Dropped off 5 shirts. When I picked up on Wednesday, there were only four. I do not think it unreasonable to at least get your shirts back.
I think paying $15.50 for 2 shirt just being pressed is a lot of money. I won't be back.
I brought my dress in to the Latham/Colonie location to have the pleats reinforced. The dress was brought in on a Wednesday and I needed it for an event that Saturday. The associate who helped me told me that my dress would be ready the next day. I waited an extra day before picking the dress up and when I arrived, someone informed me that the dress was actually in the Schenectady location and they weren’t sure when it would be ready. Someone called me from (518) 438-3400 stating that one of my jackets was polyester and it could not be dry cleaned, rather it would be washed in a washer and left to hang dry. I told that person I could just do that myself and she agreed with me saying she would return it to me at no charge. I went to pick up the 3 items and was charged for all 3. Took me two years to get them to fold my shirts instead of hanging them. Now it's taken me 9 months of asking to stop starching my shirts board hard to no avail...They all say sure no problem "we'll take care of it" so much starch I can't button the buttons. All for premium prices....very premium prices. Collars are not so clean, I wear once and have them cleaned. I would sacrifice turn around time for clean shirts the way I want them.
