Very expensive, shirts still had wrinkles, never was notified my clothes were ready for pickup. Terrible. Will never go back again.
I have been a customer for about two months now. I thought $3.80 for just ironing/pressing shirts was a bit high, but the store was convenient and clean. Today, I picked up my shirts and was charged $9.10 for one shirt!! The awful and completely clueless woman behind the counter said it was because my shirt was Rayon and that cost more to wash. I tried to explain that it was press only, but she clearly did not care. No one told me it was going to be $9.10. You've lost a customer.

Dropped off a bedspread and pillow shams last Tuesday said it would be ready on Friday came Friday around 11 they said it wouldn’t be done until after four so I waited till Monday to pick them up and it still wasn’t ready clean but unable to find it initially then it had to be folded then they couldn’t find the pillow shams took a few minutes to find them I never leave a negative review but very dissatisfied with your service this time.
I think it’s ridiculous that it’s cashless and they almost wouldn’t give me clothes thank god you can still give exact change !! But this isn’t California you should except cash
Again, Driver has not picked up last Thursday and today in Slingerlands. Came last week and left dry cleaning on my front door and left dry cleaning bag hanging on my back door. very frustrating- A few weeks pick up was Ok but again pick up and delivery unreliable. Apparently your drivers don’t talk to each other. Matt reliable for years- different drivers- no consistency.
My laundry was missing for over a day with no one contacting me as I was told would happen. It wasn’t until 20 minutes before the store closed for the weekend, I needed these clothes Monday, were my items found. Then not even a discount or a coupon because of their mistakes. I will never return.
You staff ruined my white shirt so I can’t wear it anymore
Very expensive! Would not take a coupon because we presented when we went to pick up instead of at drop off. Why should it matter?
