I am not happy that not only do you no longer take cash (most likely you can't trust your employees) but you also use my phone number like your personal way of contacting me. Please stop there are other dry cleaners in local area who would be all too happy to take my cash and only call if I had forgotten my order not to tell me to pick up twice in 3 days and not for flipping surveys. Thanks
I asked you to call and tell me how much to fix the zipper on my coat before doing it. You didn't and it cost $77 to replace zipper and clean 3 things. I would have preferred a call first, as I asked.

I’ve had two rather expensive business shirts ruined when your staff has unbuttoned the collars. They’ve pulled the buttons off with some of the fabric. Even though repairs were made the repairs are highly visible and the shirts are not wearable.
Front clerk was very friendly. One dress $21.00, wat too much!
I was a potential new regular customer. I had a 20 percent off coupon which the clerk would not honor. For $8.00 you have lost a potential good customer.

My shirt collers are as dirty as I bring them into your your shop and people have noticed. I need my shirts folded but they are horribly wrinkled when I unfold at my hotel... the one and only reason I spend way too much money for such terrible service is that I can get them in one day. You are Far from the Best Cleaners....
They told it would cost 82 dollars too clean my jacket 2 weeks later they called me and said they couldn't clean the jacket and I had to come pick it up I was very disappointed the in the Latham store was very nice and helpful and explained to me how to clean she was fantastic thanks to her but you company sucks
