Shirts have been lost. Collar-stays not consistently used. Despite numerous complaints, it has not been corrected.
I can’t say enough about the friendly customer service. You are greeted warmly when you walk in or drive up. I have been a customer for a long time and have certain preferences documented. Unfortunately these preferences are ignored because they’re not completed. For example I prefer to have my slacks hung on a skirt hanger; I have given permission to look for any minor repairs and to complete those repairs before the garment is returned to me. Many entities today are ME, ME, ME and take CLEAR ADVANTAGE of not only military person who forfeited their lives and time while others either refused, did not care or care less about American enterprises THAT IS, UNTIL THEY BECAME A BUSINESS ENTITY. Put blanket in Dropbox and best cleaners didn't even know it was there until three days later said they would call when it was ready never did I had to call, blanket wasn't that clean and was completely wrinkled.
Not the best anymore. Something happened at this place fairly recently and it’s not what it used to be. Confused staff, poor results, and just an unsatisfactory overall customer experience. I’ll likely take my business elsewhere.

Plenty of staff confusion regarding recent computer conversion that caused then to tell me twice that I did not have an order to pick up...Finally found my clothing
I dropped off a white shirt early in the AM and was assured it would be folded and wrapped for shipment that evening for an important event. When I picked it up that evening it was on a hanger.
Clothes were ready on time but every time I use a coupon it is not applied even though it was put in with the order. The attendent said she could give me a smaller discount. I asked her if she could call someone to help. She did and got it applied. I can can my cleaning and laundry done elsewhere for the price of your discount without the hassle and just as good. I'm done with Best Cleaners
