Was completely surprised at be extremely high price to clean one thin sweater: $13.60. Don’t like the white bags; they hide the government and the job that you did. The clear ones, in a decent weight—not too thin—are much better. Not anxious to return.
I'd give it no stars if I could. Worse service ever. I only lasted a month - this was in the 'Laundry Club'. Took forever to actually start the service. Never received the laundry bag I was supposed to get, it was suggested to me that one of my neighbors probably stole it (??) Um, no, it was delivered to the wrong house/street. My very first load of laundry? I was over billed by $32. (and also? don't know if they've corrected it yet but the prices on the website were not what I was billed in general). My next pick up? The last time use cleaner I paided in cash. When I droped off this time was never told you are cashless. I had to leave and go home and get a card to pay for it>

I will personally take a look and make sure our signs are in correct spots, but however, I am sorry that you were made to go home and get your card. This was my first experience at Best Cleaners. One of the items that I brought was a new sweater and when I picked it up it appeared worn and old. Although in wearable condition, the sweater was frayed and looks old and worn rather than a brand new sweater that has never been worn. I can only imagine that the sweater was dried, which is not consistent with the material and instructions on the tag. Would not recommend.

Excellent - except that this was the second time I picked up my order, with my receipt, and part of my order was separated from the rest and could not be immediately found. After a wait and delay (about 10 min) the article was found. This is unacceptable and I am considering going to another cleaner!
The girl who was working didn’t greet me - didn’t say hello & was acting as if I was putting her out ... to do her job. She was huffy while gathering my 13, items. That were a total of $200! I spend a lot of money at your establishment & each time th re is a different person working ... none of which is pleasant, helpful or happy.

Last year a Pottery Barn queen size comfort insert was lost. This was acknowledged at the time and I was told I would be contacted. I was not contacted so I called and no one has returned my call. I believe there is a new manager since the item was lost. I basically have given up on being refunded. I still use Best Cleaners since it's convenient but I try to use other cleaners when possible and I would not recommend.
