I got a phone call from Josh that he was at my front door with an order. I went down and met him and he gave me everything necessary for doing this by curbside service. Two suggestions/requests for your drivers: 1) Call ahead - if I happen to be out for a walk or shopping then you’ll save the time 2) PLEASE wear a mask and gloves. I’ve been going to this dry cleaner for close to 25 years and have seen big improvements since it became Best Cleaners. Having said that, my last experience was nowhere close to what I’ve come to expect. I had two shirts ruined and my slacks pressed so the crease was on the side instead of the front of my pants. it is not that you don't normally clean the clothes properly. it is because you don't do what you say that you are going to do and you guys keep sending emails with promotions and they do not get honored when you get there. At times they don't know anything about it and it makes you feel like you are trying to pull one over on them. Last time I drove back to my office and printed it out for her.
Sign outside says open at 7am. I showed up at 730. Had to come back later. Girl said opens at 8...change your sign. Then only 4 of my 7 shorts were ready or couldn't find them Had to come back a third time. Not good experience at all. Also, 3.80 for a shirt is steep.
Too many promotional emails, like 2 a day!!!!! Don’t need a daily email with a discount that lasts a week or so... why not send one that’s good for the month Thanks Larry

The young lady working at the Loudonville facility was just a pleasure to deal with… And I never give compliments on websites or anything ..you have a customer for life...If I owned a company I would give her a raise
I dropped off dry cleaning and picked it up.
THE WAY THEY AR PRESSING MY SHIRTS IT'S CAUSING THEM TO BUCKLE RIGHT IN THE FRONT. TOO MUCH STARCH WAS ADDED TO MY SHIRT CAUSING THE BUTTONS TO BECOME BRITTLE.
