Every time I bring my shirts to be dry cleaned I’m asked if there are any stains? Or if I have one I tell them. When I receive the shirt it still has a stain on it and most of the time it’s oil. I was in the dry cleaning Business for over 20 years and know if you know there is a stain it can be spotted before dry cleaning almost every stain can be removed if handled correctly especially with what you are charging to dry clean I would assume you would take the extra steps especial for a good customer Thank you
My garments were blown around the front of my condo. All three pieces separated. I realize it was windy however special consideration could have been taken based on the forecast. I could have very easily lost all of my shirts.
Your prices have skyrocketed a whooping 95% increase since the month of March. You are taking advantage of the COVID-19 pandemic. I had 4 pairs of pants and 3 shirts cleaned and it cost me $99 outrageous!
Your prices have skyrocketed to 95% higher cost than in the month of March 2020. Your prices are so high that it is cheaper to purchase items than to have them cleaned by you. 4 pair of pants and 3 dry clean shirts cost me $99. Outrageous. Then I had to return a pair of pants for a stain left on the leg. Crazy!

I have used Best Cleaners wash & fold service even during this uncertain COVID-19 time. I have been a customer for a little over a year. For a convenient service, it has been anything but. I have had numerous issues with the quality of the service. When contacted, I was told there would be an improvement. Not much of an improvement was noticed.
