I left a message prior to my most resent pick-up letting you know that I never got my blue bag back from the last time I had a pick-up. So, I needed to use a paper sack for my last order. When the order was returned, there was no blue vinyl bag to use for the next pick up order. I gave feedback back in October and never heard anything back. I could not believe that it cost me almost $100 to have three, two piece suits, dry cleaned, not same or next day pickup, etc. The convenience of having my shirts done at $4 per shirt is no longer worth it. Coupons and availability are useful but with timing parameters sometimes they can't be applied. Your pricing has driven me away!

Best cleaners is very unreliable. I brought a rug there to be cleaned and they lost it. After several phone calls to the corporate office, I still have not received a phone call back. I’d like my item found or compensated for the lost item. Be very weary if your items you bring for cleaning. If it’s lost they don’t know you. I’ve been doing business with them fir years unfortunately they just lost me as a customer

Hi Liz, Your driver hasn't been here since November 24th. I understand not coming around on the day after Thanksgiving but why no show / no call on the 1st or the 4th or the 8th. I also understand if my account is too small or out of the way but a call would have been great. Tried to call you about this but no answer on the phone. Left a message though.
