I had a very upsetting experience. As a loyal customer I brought a bridesmaid dress to be pressed prior to a wedding. The dress was "missing" for 48 hours past pick up and the communication was very unprofessional. I had to change my travel plans for the wedding due to the dress being "missing". I am upset that this happened, I will now have to bring my business elsewhere. The only positive was the driver who had to drop my dress off at 8 p.m.

Hi, Liz, Your Delmar folks---Jasmine and Deidre-- are really nice. Love your program. But still haven't worked out the free delivery of my clothing. Great deal, though I don't mind driving in to Delmar from Albany. Not that I'm turning down your great offer. :) So could you please call me? Terrible service they lost my dress

Missed pick ups. Leaving dry cleaning in the wrong spot…in the rain. I’ve tried calling several times..no one answers and your mailbox is full. When I did finally get through to leave a message, no one called me back. Frustrating.

Past 2 times I’ve brought in dresses and a tuxedo and each time, when picking up, the plastic bags covering the garments looked like they have been dragged along the pavement. The return of the garment has looked very sloppy w holes/rips in the bags. Also, one of my good dresses looks like it was washed, instead of dry cleaned. I feel as if the color changed and I also had to iron it myself before being able to wear again. Disappointed in the post pandemic product.

The worst customer service. Had my dress for 6 weeks with me chasing weekly and no follow ups. Did not do a good job and issues I discussed were not addressed.

I brought a pair of my riding pants in to get a zipper fixed and that was it. They were told do not do anything else to the pants. They put the zipper on Weird it wasn’t straight also they didn’t zip up all the way. To make it worse they cleaned my pants after they were told not to. They felt the need to remove “stains” out of my pants. I don’t know what stains they were talking about the pants are grey.
