I brought a pair of my riding pants in to get a zipper fixed and that was it. They were told do not do anything else to the pants. They put the zipper on Weird it wasn’t straight also they didn’t zip up all the way. To make it worse they cleaned my pants after they were told not to. They felt the need to remove “stains” out of my pants. I don’t know what stains they were talking about the pants are grey. I am so tired of not getting laundry delivered on time when I am expecting it. I call snd all I get is an answering machine with no call back. I was supposed to have laundry delivered yesterday and it still has not shown up. Have called 6x since yesterday. No call back and no laundry. So frustrated. I asked Liz Jackson to call me. Has not happened.
I try to use your app to pickup after Six PM, as your Latham store is open until Seven PM. However your app lists your closing time as Six PM, so it won't let me arrange pickup. I have told and showed this to the person on duty twice, but it still says you are only open until Six PM. It is an inconvenience to have to wait in the store to pick up my clothes, when if your app worked as it should, then I should be able to just walk in, get my clothes and walk out. I had a scheduled pick up today. Another no show. I called at 3:30pm and had to leave a message . If you are open until 4pm please answer the phone until 4pm. This is another replay of last week. No shows. You need to fix this. 0 stars.
Tired of the filed pick up, failed delivery dates and accidental overcharges. On Monday 5/3 of this week driver failed to do scheduled pick up. I called and someone picked up laundry at 6:15pm Monday. I Scheduled pick up for today Thursday 5/5.. I went to put out laundry at 8:40am and driver had already been here. That’s a first. My fault. Terrible customer service. Have called and emailed numerous times regarding a missing item and have not received a response! Of course, I continue to receive an email telling me I have an item to be picked up. I am a delivery customer.

Article to be altered had a two week wait and was not ready on pickup date. Was told item not altered until day of pickup requiring a second trip to the store. Very Poor Communication. Free delivery was not offered when completed.
