Brought our son's pants in to get them shortened. They were suppose to be done on Monday Dec 13th as he had a very important concert the next day. Got there at 4pm and found they had not been touched, the tailor had gone home and we were left with just his pants pinned. Very disappointed as you were recommended by a few people who we will make sure know our experience.

Brian- I am sorry that we were not able to provide the services that recommenders told you about. Our seamstresses are backed up and alteration promise dates are 2 -2 1/2 weeks out. If you would still like the pants done we would love to do them for you.
I brought in a king size quilt, white with blue print. I mentioned some grayed and yellow areas, asked if that would be able to out, as it was just dingy. I was told no problem. After picking up the quilt, it was a month or so before I put the quilt on my bed and those dingy areas were still there. It was disappointing that it didnt come out and/or not being told that they couldnt come out.

I was told it would be 2 business days max. I left out my dry cleaning Monday morning at 6am. It wasn’t picked up until 3pm. Fine. I called the Glenville store today Wednesday around 4pm and was told my dry cleaning was in route to be dropped off. I was told by 7pm. It’s 8pm. I need that dry cleaning for an event tomorrow morning at 7am. Best cleaners is closed.

He asked you to not deliver anything to our home especially hanging it on the door knob is unacceptable. It’s loosening up the handle Steve said he stopped already and told you to not deliver it he will pick up clothes Please do not deliver

You lost my first round of dry cleaning. It was impossible to get someone on the phone to discuss. I was texting with someone but that went no where. I decided to move past that and tried to have dry cleaning picked up last week, texted, "pick up" a few times with no reply. I had not received any notifications the delivery service would be in my area. At this point I will be going back to dropping off my dry cleaning at Quality Dry Cleaners.
