You lost the coat I brought in on November 17, 2021. I have not received compensation for it as promised and now you're sending me a message that my item is there and I owe you $5.00! For what? Aggravation, many phone calls to your store and several trips there? And what item are you referring to? No, I am not at all satisfied and definitely not pleased with your service!!!

I dropped a wedding dress off September 25th to be cleaned and did not get the dress back until January 21st. When I inquired about the dress in late November I was told the dress needed to be sent back to the cleaner because it still had places that needed to be cleaned. 4 months later I was told it was ready. A few months ago I dropped off my pink down jacket to be cleaned. I mentioned to the woman at the counter that it was a DOWN jacket. When I picked it up a few days later, the jacket seemed to be COLD. I thought maybe it had just come from a cold area in the store. When I returned home and removed the plastic wrap, and unsnapped the buttons to reveal the inside lining, the down was matted together and still WET. Brought our son's pants in to get them shortened. They were suppose to be done on Monday Dec 13th as he had a very important concert the next day. Got there at 4pm and found they had not been touched, the tailor had gone home and we were left with just his pants pinned. Very disappointed as you were recommended by a few people who we will make sure know our experience.

Brian- I am sorry that we were not able to provide the services that recommenders told you about. Our seamstresses are backed up and alteration promise dates are 2 -2 1/2 weeks out. If you would still like the pants done we would love to do them for you.
I brought in a king size quilt, white with blue print. I mentioned some grayed and yellow areas, asked if that would be able to out, as it was just dingy. I was told no problem. After picking up the quilt, it was a month or so before I put the quilt on my bed and those dingy areas were still there. It was disappointing that it didnt come out and/or not being told that they couldnt come out.

I was told it would be 2 business days max. I left out my dry cleaning Monday morning at 6am. It wasn’t picked up until 3pm. Fine. I called the Glenville store today Wednesday around 4pm and was told my dry cleaning was in route to be dropped off. I was told by 7pm. It’s 8pm. I need that dry cleaning for an event tomorrow morning at 7am. Best cleaners is closed.
