Service was great but yalls prices are outrageous

Last weeks order had wool slacks that were very badly pressed. Disaster that I had to fix by lengthy ironing. I emailed about it somebody named Frederick and got no reply so I guess you don’t care. Had another order picked up Tuesday we’ll see what happens with that.

Cleaning was great, but your ad for blanket and quilt cleaning is ungrammatical. It should be “sleep so well,” not “sleep so good.” That was a real turn off.

These guys are the worst, the most incompetent business I have had the displeasure of having to deal with. They picked up my dry cleaning, but had it for almost a month without delivering it back to me. They charged my card $$ - I called many times asking for my dry cleaning and complaining. An employee brought it to my house after she got off work on her own time because the actual delivery driver didn't have time to do their job, huh????
