There was no bag returned with my last order and I have clothes that I would like picked up. May I have a bag please?

Last weeks order had wool slacks that were very badly pressed. Disaster that I had to fix by lengthy ironing. I emailed about it somebody named Frederick and got no reply so I guess you don’t care. Had another order picked up Tuesday we’ll see what happens with that.

Vicki was terrific making my cashmere sweaters were clean and set up our home delivery and pick up. She is efficient and pleasant.

Cleaning was great, but your ad for blanket and quilt cleaning is ungrammatical. It should be “sleep so well,” not “sleep so good.” That was a real turn off.

These guys are the worst, the most incompetent business I have had the displeasure of having to deal with. They picked up my dry cleaning, but had it for almost a month without delivering it back to me. They charged my card $$ - I called many times asking for my dry cleaning and complaining. An employee brought it to my house after she got off work on her own time because the actual delivery driver didn't have time to do their job, huh???? You lost the coat I brought in on November 17, 2021. I have not received compensation for it as promised and now you're sending me a message that my item is there and I owe you $5.00! For what? Aggravation, many phone calls to your store and several trips there? And what item are you referring to? No, I am not at all satisfied and definitely not pleased with your service!!!

Per our conversation and email, the compensation should have been credited to your card that we have on file in our system in order for you to purchase a new coat. I dropped a wedding dress off September 25th to be cleaned and did not get the dress back until January 21st. When I inquired about the dress in late November I was told the dress needed to be sent back to the cleaner because it still had places that needed to be cleaned. 4 months later I was told it was ready. When I picked it up it was sealed in a box that indicated it had been preserved. The form clearly said only clean the dress. A few months ago I dropped off my pink down jacket to be cleaned. I mentioned to the woman at the counter that it was a DOWN jacket. When I picked it up a few days later, the jacket seemed to be COLD. I thought maybe it had just come from a cold area in the store. When I returned home and removed the plastic wrap, and unsnapped the buttons to reveal the inside lining, the down was matted together and still WET.
