I will admit I have always had a pet peeve about the cost of dry cleaning. I didnt even ask how much for one button to be sewn on a pair of shorts. Two small wool blankets drycleaned was ridiculously expensive. I did get a nice plastic carrying bag with them. Loaded with hair from my cats already. Now, that one's on me.

I have used Best Cleaners for years both personally and at hotels. I am billed weekly for my cleaning on my credit card. I was billed for Dry Cleaning recently that I absolutely have no back up for. I have called the office several times with no return call. I am extremely disappointed in the accounting and the total disregard for customer service. BE CAREFUL IF YOU HAVE A CREDIT CARD ON FILE !!! They bill as they wish !!!!!!

I have called the main office with regards to my billing that is totally inaccurate. I will not do business with a company that just charges a credit card without proper backup. This is the second time this year I have been billed inaccurately !!! I have made several phone calls to the office with absolutely no follow up. Be careful with Best Cleaners, their accounting is less than desirable!!!!!

Everyone at Best is always gracious and pleasant. You’ve got that down. My only quibble is that I have regular formal engagements that require formal shirts that invariably have French Cuffs. Not only don't they get done correctly, but I still have met any of your pleasant employees that know what they are. I bet Nikki does.

I have had 2 suit pant Shredded in the backend I have called and left multiple messages for Samantha who I was advised is the manager and I’ve spoken to her at least once she asked me to bring the pants in I did and drop them off and then while I was waiting for a response to those pants another pair of my pants damage. This issue has not been resolved since at least December 2021. This is poor response from your staff. I have been very Patiently waiting for a Resolution.
