We were scheduled for a pick up today. It's 7:15 pm and no pick up. I did receive a confirmation text. Second time this has happened.

After being told my 3 items would be ready the following day after 5, I made a total of 3 trips to the Glenville location before third item was ready. I requested to be comped for third item but no manager was present.

The last time I had my suit dry cleaned there was a hole burnt into my suit coat. I didn’t realize this until I put my suit on for work. The pants also have a slight burn mark in them.

I brought in a pair of dress pants, specifically to get out what looked like a small blood stain, and received the pants back exactly the way they went in, without even any word there was absolutely no difference. It did not seem to me that it would be a tough stain to remove professionally.

Once again, I left Best cleaners disappointed. More than a week ago I was told my lost shirt would be replaced (missing for over 1 month), and nothing... maybe coming from wish? I was also told I'd get a 15% discount...I was given a 1.72 discount on an order that was about 119.00! I've spent too much time with Best and quite frankly in tired of making a trip there and either coming out empty handed, or with no resolution at all. I'm fed up!

This is twice now that my dry cleaning delivery was sent to the wrong (former) address. I even dropped off the dry cleaning at your Delmar store and confirmed with the store rep the new address and she told me that it was all taken care of. Then weeks later when I did not receive my dry cleaning on the scheduled date, I found out that some else had it! Two strikes and you are OUT!! I am taking my business to a different company.
