I brought in a pair of dress pants, specifically to get out what looked like a small blood stain, and received the pants back exactly the way they went in, without even any word there was absolutely no difference. It did not seem to me that it would be a tough stain to remove professionally.
Could not reply via email to Delmar, NY location. Email bounced back.
Once again, I left Best cleaners disappointed. More than a week ago I was told my lost shirt would be replaced (missing for over 1 month), and nothing... maybe coming from wish? I was also told I'd get a 15% discount...I was given a 1.72 discount on an order that was about 119.00! I've spent too much time with Best and quite frankly in tired of making a trip there and either coming out empty handed, or with no resolution at all. I'm fed up!
This is twice now that my dry cleaning delivery was sent to the wrong (former) address. I even dropped off the dry cleaning at your Delmar store and confirmed with the store rep the new address and she told me that it was all taken care of. Then weeks later when I did not receive my dry cleaning on the scheduled date, I found out that some else had it! Two strikes and you are OUT!! I am taking my business to a different company.
Lost a dress shirt, still haven't heard if you have found it. I spend a lot of money there and the only discounts I get sent are for curtains?? I only bring my clothes there, but I'm really considering other options.
My order was separated and it took over a week of calls, staff excuses, holds, call backs, and chasing to finally get my item back. Perhaps an accident but Best had already delivered someone else’s item (a men’s kilt) to me in another delivery. I’m so disappointed because the delivery service is the convenience I need. It’s too gut wrenching to guess if my clothes will be lost or returned and I don’t want to take that risk with your company. Wish you did better tracking.
I had 3 communications by e-mail choosing a particular Monday. I expected someone to come bye. No one showed up Monday-Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday. To I went to another cleaners. Good PR, but poor follow through.
