Prices are too high. I thought I clicked on a discount but I didn't receive it. I asked that the shirts be folded rather than on a hanger but wasn't told the price would go up to $6.10.

I had a coupon I wanted to use and was not aware that it must be redeemed at dropping off the clothes. If this is the case the person who is doing the intake of the clothe should really be asking if there are any coupons to use when drop off happens. I will not be back before it expires and now I’ve lost out on a $15 coupon. Very disappointed.
Please take me off your email blasts. I am 2000 miles away from the nearest Best cleaners. I have been for almost 7 years.

Received a reminder to pick up while on vacation. Came in Friday, 9.29 and no one could find them. Came back on Saturday, 9.30 and still no pants! Told they are in transit somewhere. Not pleased. Glad they’re not something needed right away. Mary Beth Babcock

Too late for that now. Never returned a phone call when I could leave a message. Most of the time it was impossible to leave a message. Spent almost a week making daily calls or visits to the Delmar store to track down her clothes and/or find a way to go pick them UP. All the staff could tell me is that Rose's clothes were "out for delivery." Were they really on the truck for 6 days? That's just ridiculous. We were scheduled for a pick up today. It's 7:15 pm and no pick up. I did receive a confirmation text. Second time this has happened.

After being told my 3 items would be ready the following day after 5, I made a total of 3 trips to the Glenville location before third item was ready. I requested to be comped for third item but no manager was present.
