Terrible customer service and way overpriced. Waited 3 weeks for a comforter than was charged for a queen size (over 70 dollars) for twin comforter
Horrible services. A 1 to 2 month process to clean a dress, took 5 months, never had responses to status of cleaning, calls, or follow ups, even when I stopped in person, was told I'd hear back from managers and never did. When finally was able to view dress, had to send back 3x because it kept looking worse for cleaning. Had to cancel part of services because of dissatisfied issues.
