Fantastic - Staff is always friendly and the clothes always come back looking like new!

A 1 to 2 month process to clean a dress, took 5 months, never had responses to status of cleaning, calls, or follow ups, even when I stopped in person, was told I'd hear back from managers and never did. When finally was able to view dress, had to send back 3x because it kept looking worse for cleaning. Had to cancel part of services because of dissatisfied issues. My dress pants always came back with double creases. I pointed this out and they still came back with double creases. The quality of the workmanship was very poor. I won’t be coming back.
