Fantastic - Staff is always friendly and the clothes always come back looking like new!
Horrible services. A 1 to 2 month process to clean a dress, took 5 months, never had responses to status of cleaning, calls, or follow ups, even when I stopped in person, was told I'd hear back from managers and never did. When finally was able to view dress, had to send back 3x because it kept looking worse for cleaning. Had to cancel part of services because of dissatisfied issues. We have never been happier with a cleaners! Service is excellent and the help are friendly and know whi you are the minute you walk in!
still waiting for jackets to be returned. promised. but not. no return phone calls. pricing is sparatic with no explanation.
My dress pants always came back with double creases. I pointed this out and they still came back with double creases. The quality of the workmanship was very poor. I won’t be coming back.
Why are you sending e-mails to me David telling me how I will look in a DRESS cleaned by you. What are you insinuating?
Prices are too high. I thought I clicked on a discount but I didn't receive it. I asked that the shirts be folded rather than on a hanger but wasn't told the price would go up to $6.10.
