I had 5 shirts picked up at my home on a Monday, and only received 2 of the 5 on the delivery Thursday. I would not have minded, but I needed 2 of the 5 that were NOT delivered to wear in a community theatre play production!!! I have never had a partial delivery before- never.

Didn’t pick up my dry cleaning after several requests. Zero communication. Had to drop off. Didn’t deliver my dry cleaning. Zero communication for almost two weeks. Finally replied to my email that roads were impassable? Had to pick up. Seems like a convenient excuse because you all have “new drivers”. Have been loyal customer for over seven years and service for pickup up/drop off continues to decline.

I was not told that you wouldn’t accept cash until I arrived to pick up my dry cleaning, and I was referred to a tiny sign by the counter indicating you did not want cash. I had only brought cash with me, so the worker said that he would accept the cash, but would not give me any change back. So what is the point of this policy? Hypocrisy!

I asked for all but one of my pieces to get military press and not all were done properly. I also asked for my name to be changed in the system and that still has not been amended.

Dry cleaning is more expensive than NYC. Doesn’t make any sense. They also will tell you when you drop off your clothes they’ll do their “best” to get the stains out. If I am paying over $10 per item to get dry cleaned you shouldn’t say you’ll do your “best” you should be upfront with customer about what you can and cannot do. Because sometimes they don’t take out all the stains and you still end up paying, for my most recent order was $40 for dry cleaning 2 items.
