Your cleaning and alterations are very good. The salespeople are polite, the cleaning is thorough, and the alterations are superb.
I have never had a bad experience or problem balfurds. I always go to the one on North Atherton. The ladies there are great!! Always very friendly and very nice. Helpful and kind. If I have a problem the manager is great she is the best. I could go to other dry cleaners and save s few dollars, but it's not worth it. Balfurds on north atherton and the ladies there make it my only dry cleaners!! Thank you
I had a good experience. Took work shirt, yellow button-down with a lot of neck ring dirt. Shirt was cleaned very well. Staff very friendly. Also, got shirt back within a couple days from taking it in. Very fast service.
I was completely satisfied with the service that I received at Balfurd's. I would certainly use them again. There was a tag on the choir stole, place on the white material that did leave a small mark. I do think it will smooth out.
I have been a Balfurd customer for almost 50 years. If at any time the work is short of perfection, I know that I can take it back and get it made good.

It is always a pleasure to come to Balfurd's front desk. Everyone is very pleasant; sometimes they remember our names as well. Occasionally when an error is made, it is always corrected quickly. We are very pleased with our cleaning service and billing procedures.
