Got out a sharpie stain that I was not expecting to come out!
Did not hate anything...have not received anything except my basket back.

The service was provided ahead of schedule and I was notified in advance via a text message. High speed and low drag service provider!
Costumer service was subpar. On 11/30/2020 the representative was very unpleasant and impolite both on the phone and in person. Unsure of her name. She is African American. Dry cleaning was mediocre. Overall, not a good first impression unfortunately. Will not recommend.
I brought garment in on Wed was told it would be ready Monday. Thursday afternoon got a text message saying it was ready but there was no place that I could find the holiday hours to see when closing time would be. Picked it up on Tuesday as originally planned.
I was told that my dry cleaning would be ready on Friday Friday evening was not specified so when I went there after noon probably around one it wasn’t back yet so then I had to make a second trip another time please just tell me I won’t be there until late Friday
Stains not removed on tablecloth No note stating they tried to remove stains but unsuccessful They agreed to redo table cloth but had to pay first. Seemed very expensive
