I was sent a check for an expensive blazer because it was ruined. I received a check for April 150. I think I lost it and no one has checked your records regarding the status of the check. Please check or we will have to move forward with the authority. Thank you
Needed dry cleaning, just moved to Penns Valley and only two different dry cleaners within 50miles. In Md where I’ve lived same day dry cleaning is $2.20/garment. When I asked how much my 5 pieces would cost I was told, “it’s calculated later for when u pick up”. Imagine my utter shock to be charged $10/garment - 2 shirts and 3 sweaters. I don’t care how good you may be but I will never come back and pay such an outlandish gouging price. You should be ashamed.
Delivery person missed us on pick up day so I drove our laundry to the S Atherton office where they said they would have delivery person deliver back to us. Ended up I had to drive to S. Atherton office to pick up. No biggie, but thought you should know.
The employee who greeted me was exceptionally nice. Also, the dress looks great.
You advertise a 20% discount for comforters thru February when I go to pay for it you tell me I had to have a coupon?
My 160 dollar jacket that I never wore was to be cleaned and pressed. The jacket came back with a large water stain. I am so upset. I had to drive 40 mins to take it back to be released. I worry the jacket will be ruined.
Instead of 4 days, it was done in 2 days.
4 cotton blouses, short sleeve and a simple ss cotton sweater. $53.... I won't be bk.
Told me to come Friday. Came on Friday and they were closed.
