I have been a bit upset about how you all handled pick in my building, for seven years I have been a devoted customer and then a few times my deliveries did not come. Upon inquiry I was informed that you were just doing me a favor as a long term customer as you didn’t deliver to apartments anymore. Hi, Robert! Yes, delivery to your apartment is not very reliable as we depend on parking being available at the time we stop by. This is the reason we no longer deliver to most apartment complexes. We typically like the driver to just drop off or pick up outside the front door of the house, so going inside apartments and taking the elevator/stairs is also something we factor in when deciding if we can deliver somewhere. Honestly, I used to love this business, I even got my wedding dress tailored there! But can’t express how disappointed I was by the recent service. I brought in a pair of jeans to ask about alteration options, and even said I was willing to get creative with stitching options. The company who made the jeans told me there should be options, but I was immediately told that would never be an option and turned away. Hi, Amelia! I'm so sorry if it wasn't explained to you as to why the alteration couldn't be done. Jeans cannot be let out in the waist. There is no extra fabric to be let out, so it's not physically possible to alter them bigger unless we are attaching fabric from another pair of jeans into the waist. They would not look natural though. However, if jeans are too short or too large, they can be taken in or hemmed. Verified my information
Navy blazer was cleaned. Balfurd ripped off a monogrammed button. I picked up blazer.,they never mentioned it. Returned it, promised manager would call. Never did call. After 2 weeks went back and told them again. Now it's another week and no call. Anyone know a good dry cleaner?

I brought cafe curtains to be dry cleaned there was 4 pieces, 2 pieces were unlined and 2 pieces were lined. I asked for cost before leaving them and was told 3.09 ea. for the 2 unlined and 4.59 ea for the two lined . After a week when I pick them up my total bill was over $28. When I asked for an explanation nobody could give me an answer just a shrug. I left vowing never to return.

Hi, Nick! Stain removal is not guaranteed, and the likely hood of a spot or stain coming out depends on a few factors like material of the fabric, how long it has set and the type of stain. We do offer free re-dos on any items you're not happy with. While we can never promise stain removal, we will try again at no cost to you!
