We are always very pleased with our dry cleaning. We find the delivery and pick-up service very convenient. Balfurds is very reliable and dependable, and I have my clothing clean and pressed and back when I need it.
I am so delighted to use the free delivery and pick-up service! (And I'm sorry that I didn't start using it sooner.) It's just one less thing that I need to remember - either dropping stuff off OR remembering to pick it up! : ) I really appreciate the great customer service from both Heather and Joe.

Great Job! Made a cheap old suit look like a million bucks! I also like the non-slip pant hangers.
The experience was welcoming and the clerk was very helpful. I only gave 3 stars as, I feel that 4 to 6 weeks to clean a rug is 2 - 4 weeks too long.
