I shouldn’t have to put my card information in to get a quote, and of course you ask for my email and phone first. Lastly having to go through and manually unselect “email 1” and then select disabled was enough to push me to leave this review. Consider having a more customer friendly interface
I worked here for over 6 months and was fired on completely unjust grounds. Employees that have seniority here are allowed to get away with everything. Leaving for the day before finishing their work, leaving without asking, etc. The two front counter employees would leave for half an hour at 1pm from time to time and it was just a widely accepted joke that they were off having relations. The new automated drop off and pick-up doesn't take into account that some orders are unusual. I needed TWO bags but could only get one. I had three armloads of dry cleaning but had to find a hand to enter the door code on each trip from the car with a big armload (three trips in from the car). There was no way to enter the 25% discount I had activated. I hope I got it, since I did what the offer suggested and brought it all in to use your offer to the fullest. My scheduled drop off/pick up days are Tues and Fri. On Tues, 23rd, I did not receive my drop off so on Friday, 26th, I did not have a Balfurd bag and had to put my items out in a commercial plastic bag. Today, Tues, May 30th I do not know whether I have a scheduled pick-up. I do have a bag now from Friday's delivery but think I missed Tuesday's delivery.
Please discontinue the pick up notices.
