Way too expensive:/
Regular customer (5 shirts every 1-2 weeks) and the cashier today ‘finds’ an outstanding charge from almost 3 months ago with no shirt to go along with it - no idea if I’m missing a shirt. Oh, and bring back the 5th shirt free.
This was the first time I’ve ever used you, and I leaned that your reputation for giving one price when you drop an item off to be cleaned, and an entirely different (and of course much higher) cost when you pick it up is well deserved. Despite hearing from a number of people that Baldurd is known to do this, I decided to give you a try. My most recent (and final) 2 experiences. 1) took about a month to get a tiny seem re-sewed. Then clerk wouldn't except my gift card until I asked 2 more times. 2) took about another month of back and forth to get refunded for a comforter that was ruined.
Got all the paint stains out of my jacket

I paid almost $70 to have 3 coats cleaned and they don’t even look clean. There was fuzz and hair on them. I don’t even understand what you did to them. I’m highly disappointed.
Dropped off 2 dresses on Juky 19th 2019 for dry cleaning, one of thise being my wedding gown. I revmceived a call dresses were ready for pick up 2 weeks later. Picked up dresses only to find out my wedding dress was never cleaned and i did not receive a phone call, text. Essage or a voicemail regarding the gown. Not a very good job! The spot was removed but the pants were not pressed right. Wrinkles all over !
