My order wasn’t done on 4/8/19 and they promise a $5 discount. Once I shown up today I had the 20% off coupon and my $10 off rewards and the young lady told I couldn’t use any of them. I spend about $35 per week and this is the first time service is not up to par. I think it’s time to look for another cleaners. Sorry.
Takes 4 days to get my stuff
Took two pair of denim pants to get dry cleaned. For some reason they separated my drop off and decided to dry cleaned one pair and washed the other. They ruined my pants completely!! They are dry and hard because not only they washed them but they also didn't rinse them correctly. They still have soap stains everywhere! Never going back there.
I had brought my jeans in there for heavy starch and when I pick them up the whole back part of jeans where wet .and I talk to manager no help excuses.some of the people that work for this cleaner need to show a little more interest in.there work.
Outrageous prices, no customer appreciation. Very uncaring about customers needs. Waterfall cleaners is so much more efficient, reasonable, and personable. Bye bye .
I confirmed that the in by 11:00 out by 4:00 on a Saturday they said yes... I turned cleaning in at 10:30 went to pick up at 4:10 thinking you closed at 5:00pm. Wasn’t ready till 4:25 but also found out you didn’t close till 6:00pm yes!
Since you no longer are open on sundays it completely ruins my ability to use your service. A family member accidentally turned in my bag thinking I was doing the same thing I have been for years but didn’t realize you aren’t open sundays so I’m stuck without clothes until I take a day off and drive 4 hours to pick it up. Why on earth would you close on sundays.
Dry polite
Tried to charge me for two T shirts that didn’t belong to me plus $8.99 per shirt. Ridiculous! I have been an excellent customer for over 20 years.
