The new rewards program sucks.
I have had problems with buttons breaking in half or coming off completely. does not appear anyone looks at this on shirts.
I love the place and ppl but the prices are sky high , I took a shirt for pressing that took 3 min and I was charged 7 dollars ... this makes me not want to come back seriously
I tried to get my 7 years old daughter dresses dry cleaned and the price for each dresses was $14.99 after discount. I found that extremely expensive that I decided to get my 7 shirts to be cleaned. I have been charged $63 for 7 shirts. I find your price way too expensive that I am not going to go back to Today Cleaners
Good job cleaning comforter but I sat in my car and waited and waited for valet help. Finally I had to go inside and carry the heavy comforter myself
Always on time. Very Satisfies. My only complaint, is your on line coupon uses up my printers color cartridge. A black and white coupon would be good. No coupon would be better. Looking up your a website and printing the coupon takes time, time I would prefer to devote elsewhere.
The stain didn’t come out of my daughters dress. And I was charged full price for an adult dress. You should change your policy on stain removals meaning you shouldn’t charge full price if you can’t get the job done.
It was ok clothes could have been better and now we do not get the 50 off
I recently took a cream colored wool jacket to Today Cleaners. I pointed out some stains that had been on the jacket for some time and had not been removed by other dry cleaners. I received a call from one of the employees the next day asking if they could keep the jacket a few more days because they were working on the stains. I told her she could keep it as long as need because the jacket couldn't be worn anymore unless the stains were removed. I pick the jacket up yesterday, and the stains were gone!
