First you closed my regular store on Mung and Stine. Then cut my loyalty discount from 30 to 20 to 15% .Now closed on Sunday’s. What’s going on.
Still waiting on a call regarding my missing pants. I have talked to two ladies who say they will have investigated and call me. No one has called. It's been since before Christmas.
I am really tired of paying so much more to have my shirts cleaned than my husbands. It is the same fabric almost the same size but because you dont invest in machines to press ladies shirts we pay three times more. Im suprised someone hasn't sued the laundry industry for discrimination. The reason you get such a low rating is a direct result of my last visit. Constantly have issues with coupons being applied!! Extremely frustrating!!!
The personnel were great! No complaints at all. It's the prices that I thought were too high! For two items, a short sleeved blouse and a dress, the $23.00 cost seemed a little steep to me.
I had $30 bucks in my coat pocket. Gone when I picked it up.
Sadly, the worst service ever- ruined my suit and lie about the cleaning method used!
The worst service ever! Should have taken the manager's, Charity Richards, advise to not dry clean my clothing!! The risk of someone negligently ruining your clothes is not worth the aggravation!
For 3 blazers and a vest price was way too high 32.96. upon pick up cashier was super rude Wich made me paying that much and cashier wasn't very nice made me not ever want to go back.
